These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ChatBoom² application and services (the "Service"), operated by LCR ONE OÜ ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You may not use the Service if you are barred under applicable law or have been previously banned. One account per person; accounts are personal and non-transferable.
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login method secure. Provide accurate information and keep it current. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are fraudulent, underage, or unsafe.
You agree not to: impersonate others or provide false information; harass, threaten, or abuse anyone; post illegal, sexual-exploitation, hateful, or infringing content; solicit money, run scams, or advertise commercial or sexual services; use bots, scrapers, or automated access; attempt to bypass safety, verification, or security; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. Full rules are in our Community Guidelines, which are part of these Terms.
You own the content you create (photos, bio, messages, posts, stories). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display, and distribute that content solely to operate and provide the Service (for example, showing your profile to other users). This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies retained as required by law or in backups for a limited period. You are responsible for the content you share and confirm you have the right to share it.
We provide tools to block and report other users and content, and we operate automated and human moderation. We may remove content and suspend or ban accounts that violate these Terms. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users; reports are reviewed and acted on. Meeting people from an online service carries risk — you are responsible for your own safety and interactions, online and in person.
Verification (a "verified" badge) indicates a user completed our identity/age checks at a point in time. It is a signal, not a guarantee, and does not make us responsible for any user's conduct.
Premium features and subscriptions ("Boom+", "Elite", and similar) are billed through the applicable app store or payment provider under their terms. Prices, renewal, and cancellation are shown at purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled through the app store before the renewal date. Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable; refunds for app-store purchases are handled by the store. Any coin, deposit, or virtual-item features, where offered, have no cash value except as required by law.
The Service, including its software, design, and brand ("ChatBoom²", "แชทปัง"), is owned by us and protected by law. We grant you a personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the app. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or resell the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee matches, uninterrupted availability, or the conduct, identity, or intentions of any user.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for the acts of other users. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or the minimum permitted by law.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service or its users. Sections that by nature survive termination (content licence tail, IP, disclaimers, liability, governing law) continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are subject to the courts of Estonia, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version with a revised date and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
