Community Guidelines

Last updated: 16 July 2026

ChatBoom² is a community for adults to meet for real connections. These Guidelines keep everyone safe and are part of our Terms of Service. Breaking them can lead to content removal, suspension, or a permanent ban. We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive behavior.

Reporting & blocking

You can block or report any profile or message directly in the app (open a profile or chat → menu → Report / Block). Blocking hides you from that person and removes any match. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team, and we act on violations — including removing content and banning accounts. To report something urgent or that you cannot report in-app, email support@chat2boom.com. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

We combine automated safety systems (spam, solicitation, and abuse detection) with human review. We aim to review reports promptly and remove users who violate these Guidelines.

Enforcement

Depending on severity and history, we may warn, remove content, restrict features, suspend, or permanently ban an account. Serious violations result in an immediate ban and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement. Decisions are made by LCR ONE OÜ at our reasonable discretion to protect the community.
