Community Guidelines

ChatBoom² is a community for adults to meet for real connections. These
Guidelines keep everyone safe and are part of our
Terms of Service. Breaking them can lead to
content removal, suspension, or a permanent ban. We do not tolerate objectionable
content or abusive behavior.
Be real
- Be 18 or older. Underage accounts are removed immediately.
- Be yourself — use your own recent photos and truthful information. No
impersonation, catfishing, or fake profiles.
- One account per person.
Be respectful
- No harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, or discrimination based on
race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, or identity.
- No unsolicited sexual content, and no sexual content involving anyone who has
not clearly consented to receive it.
- Take "no" for an answer. If someone unmatches or stops replying, move on.
Zero tolerance — these get you banned
- Anything involving minors — sexual content, grooming, or images of
anyone under 18. We report child sexual abuse material to the authorities.
- Sexual exploitation, trafficking, or non-consensual content, including
sharing intimate images without consent ("revenge porn").
- Violence or threats toward any person.
- Scams, fraud, or solicitation — asking for money, investment/crypto
schemes, or advertising escort or commercial sexual services. Our systems
actively detect solicitation.
- Illegal activity — drugs, weapons, or any content that violates the law.
- Prohibited content — nudity or pornography in profile photos, graphic
violence, or hateful symbols.
Keep it safe
- Protect your privacy — don't share financial details, passwords, or your
home address with people you just met.
- Meet in public for first in-person dates and tell a friend where you'll be.
- Don't send money to anyone you met on the app.
Reporting & blocking
You can block or report any profile or message directly in the
app (open a profile or chat → menu → Report / Block). Blocking hides you from
that person and removes any match. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team,
and we act on violations — including removing content and banning accounts. To
report something urgent or that you cannot report in-app, email
support@chat2boom.com. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local
emergency services first.
We combine automated safety systems (spam, solicitation, and
abuse detection) with human review. We aim to review reports promptly and remove
users who violate these Guidelines.
Enforcement
Depending on severity and history, we may warn, remove content, restrict
features, suspend, or permanently ban an account. Serious violations result in an
immediate ban and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement. Decisions are
made by LCR ONE OÜ at our reasonable discretion to protect the
community.
